This binder was originally distributed at the 2004 San Diego Comic Con (but was later distributed pretty much everywhere).
The binder (slightly larger than the original binder) is printed/etched on the inside with dementors.
This set comes with a "special edition holofoil" base set and set of promo cards, later (for the Memorabilia set) this "holofoil" would become known as the "diamond foil".
